Call Social Security at: 800-772-1213
Expect a recording giving you general information and when you are prompted after the recording (about 90 seconds) and it says/asks "main menu and please tell us what you are calling about", you say "Medicare" and this will get you in the right direction. There will be more questions and expect it to take a while (sometimes and hour or more) to talk to a live person. Good Luck!
